Short Description
Reporting up through the nursing AVP for Professional Practice Quality and Innovation the clinical educator is a member of a dynamic team of masters prepared nurses with a focus on innovative and evidencebased practices that support clinical team members transition to practice as well as ongoing professional development in their individualized units or specialty.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.
Education Requirements
- Masters Required; MSN preferred
License/Certification Requirements
- NJ RN license required
- AHA BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
