About the opportunity
We are looking for an Associate to join our Cards Business team in Berlin. You will be responsible for ensuring the operations and the vendor management for our Cards Production Personalization Delivery and Packaging. You will have the unique opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the N26 that help us ensure that our customers get the bestinclass Cards experience.
In this role you will:
- Become a central point of contact and connection between internal and external stakeholders for Cards Production Personalization Delivery and Packaging.
- Collaborate in a cross functional team environment on a daily basis. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Product & Tech Data Compliance Legal Finance Operations and Marketing
- Drive and support strategic cards projects endtoend
- Manage and develop external relationships with our key vendors
- Manage and optimize data related to Cards Production Personalization Delivery and Packaging. This includes constantly reviewing data to gain a deeper understanding of the products / projects under your supervision ensure their performance is in line with SLAs and constantly identify new opportunities
- Actively shape the Cards OKRs and strategic roadmap development
- Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis project management communications stakeholder management and leadership in a highfunctioning team environment
- Conduct analyses to optimize P&L related to card orders costs and revenues.
What you need to be successful:
Background:
- Minimum of 3 years in fintech banking consulting or startup environments
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Management Mathematics or related field from a toptier institution
- Proven experience in making datadriven recommendations and working on crossfunctional projects
- Strong problemsolving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
- Experience and knowledge of the Cards industry (e.g. Cards Logistics Cards Transactions etc)
- Experience in project and vendor management
Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to independently source data and derive insights
- Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights
- Interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry
- A passion for the Cards industry
- Excellent communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management preferably with experience in implementing large projects with several stakeholders
- Fluent in English
