Everest Accident & Health is a leader in the market with solutions across various Accident and Health segments around the globe. As part of the A&H actuarial team the candidate will assist in the pricing for A&H Business Travel Accident Participant Accident and Supplemental Health products reporting to the US pricing actuary.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead pricing actuary in experience monitoring and pricing new/renewal business
Maintenance of pricing tools and assumptions to support A&H pricing activities
Provide actuarial support for A&H US rating platform
Track A&H US exposure
Work with external consultants to support filing for A&H products
Work with the Reporting team on data calls
Collaboration with Underwriting Operations and Reserving Departments when needed
Qualifications:
Everest does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite permanent US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Seeking December 2024 May 2025 graduates Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Data Science Mathematics Engineering Economics Statistics or other quantitative disciplines of similar rigor
Completion of 1 2 exams is preferred relevant internship experience is preferred
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills including advanced proficiency in Excel VBA R SQL or Python.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Initiative: Selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile work environment including hybrid work settings.
