Urgent looking for the Remote Salesforce Interaction Studio Specialist
Position: Contract
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of handson experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio helping businesses to manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through realtime datadriven interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.
- Design and optimize customer journey mappings and workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce tools and platforms.
- Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Interaction Studio.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Interaction Studio.
- Provide insights and reports based on campaign performance and customer behavior data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio.
- Strong understanding of personalization customer engagement and journey mapping.
- Handson experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools.
- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot Salesforce Interaction Studio with other marketing platforms.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
