Welcome Center $12.00 an hour Monday Friday no weekends Parttime Position Overview - The Welcome Center is responsible for supervising the Club entrance greeting caregivers and guests answering phone calls ensuring accurate attendance records and data entry.
Essential Job Functions - Supervise entrance to ensure security and adherence to organizational policies.
- Welcome and greet caregivers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate attendance is maintained and perform data entry tasks accurately efficiently and in a timely manner for safety of members.
- Handle incoming phone calls and ensure that callers receive a warm prompt and professional greeting that conveys an attitude of helpfulness and welcome.
- Contribute to maintaining a healthy safe clean and wellmaintained environment.
- Supervise Club members as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align goals and strategies and to foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
- Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the effective implementation of continuous improvement processes.
- Support the ethical use of data to make decisions in a timely and informed manner.
- Represent the organization to the community in a way that enhances the organizations profile builds its reputation supports its strategic priorities and advances its mission.

Qualifications The Welcome Center requires a majority combination of the following: - Education and Experience
- At least 2 years experience in data entry outcome measurement and/or customer relations.
- Demonstrated record of aptitude with basic office software and accurate data entry skills.

Working Conditions Work will occur both in a climatecontrolled environment and outdoors with minimal potential for safety or health hazards. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets as well as nonhazardous program supplies and equipment such as basketballs paint markers billiard balls musical instruments etc. Physical Demands include: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to move independently indoors.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment such as a phone and photocopier.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively.
- Must be able to quickly detect safety concerns.
- Must be able to move equipment and supplies required to perform the positions responsibilities.
