Unarmed Security Officer $20.50/ hour Casa Grand AZ
Schedule: Wednesday/Thursday 2pm.10pm) & Saturday/Sunday 6pm.6am)
Compensation: $20.50 / hour

Job Summary
Were looking for an Unarmed Security Officer to work at one of our most critical sites protecting Arizonas Water and Power supply in Casa Grand AZ. The Unarmed Security Officer serves as the steward for the site and is responsible for safeguarding the facilitys property personnel and equipment.
As an Unarmed Security Officer you will support client safety initiatives and ensure that personnel are practicing safe habits while safety equipment remains in excellent working order. Our goal is to create a safe and rewarding environment for all employees.
Anderson Security Agency will provide you with the training uniforms and all equipment to perform the functions of this role.
Essential Functions
- Create a safe and secure environment for employees visitors and vendors.
- Communicate appropriately with supervisors peers client associates and the general public professionally.
- Ensure that the security team meets organizational goals for productivity performance management and employee engagement.
- Display intermediate/advanced computer skills to utilize the proprietary software onsite.
- Conduct thorough foot patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while displaying a positive attitude.
- Create and maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures sitespecific post orders and duties and client safety programs.
- Make ethical judgment decisions while carrying out your responsibilities according to company and client policies.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of the job to ensure safety and security for all onsite.
- Handle sensitive information and material in doing so remain confidential at all times.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime if and when required or in the event of an emergency.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age per state standards.
- Drivers License
- Valid Unarmed Guard Card
- CPR AED and First Aid certified. We provide this training for FREE!
- Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
- Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD214 Form 4.
