STUDIOCANAL is one of Europes leading film and series studios with worldwide production and distribution capabilities. Your role and missions
You will assist and support the Finance team by processing invoices and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Processing purchase invoices
- Helping to resolve supplier queries
- Managing the administration of the ordering system
- Creating new suppliers and associated call back procedures
- Helping to process Theatrical invoices
- Issuing invoices to Digital and TV customers
- Credit control ensuring prompt payment to customers
- Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets.
- Basic reconciliation of balance sheets
- Various tasks related to cash management
- Ensure correct VAT coding is used on transactions
- Helping the team to create financial reports (monthend and yearend) on a regular basis.
And what about you
- You have an excellent level in English.
- You have experience in finance environment or finance knowledge through study.
- You are detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact well with a variety of work groups.
- You are selfstarter with a positive cando attitude.
- You can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- You ideally have experience with SAP and/or Purchase Order systems.
