Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Financial Business Analyst.The role will need an Associate Consultant with financial domain experience. This positions primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition value realization implementation and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design controls and process artifacts and implement the process deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofBridgewater NJ be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Ability to deliver results in a technofunctional role in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience in SQL programming.
- Should have very strong command of data structures and algorithms plus how the Java collections framework uses them.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
- Ability to author thorough detailed highquality documentation including customer journey maps user stories use cases and test scripts.
- Must have indepth handson knowledge of Core Java.
- Design implement and maintain Javabased applications that can be highvolume and lowlatency.
- Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
- Strong in objectoriented design principles and functional programming.
- Indepth knowledge of the Java concurrency framework is a must.
- A very strong command of data structures and algorithms plus how the Java collections framework uses them.
- Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges.
- Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in Capital Markets Domain.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
