Department Summary

Our Retail Wireless team serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Gen Mobile seeks a dynamic and creative specialist to join our Prepaid Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking tactical and fieldbased experience. This role is crucial for our companys growth and success focusing on initiatives to enhance engagement collaboration and competition. As an Senior Program Manager you will have the opportunity to influence many aspects of the business.



Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Field Sales and other Gen Mobile Departments to support and expedite achieving Gen Mobile prepaid OKRs & KPIs
Implement inspect and enforce customerfacing sales strategies for product/promotional launches with the Head of Sales
Assist with supervision and management of sales department staff including field visits/performance management/training
Provide support to the Head of Sales in coordination of schedules and meetings including field visits
Manage the implementation and field of new Channel launches including authorized retailers and regional/national retailers
Develop ongoing sales strategies including weekly communications launch plans major initiative tactics and monthly call presentations for meetings and webinars
Draft sales communications in coordination with Sales Operations Field and Marketing
Provide handson training to new hires during their first 90 days developing
processes procedures and coaching tools to accelerate their development
Provide monthly executive summary on project status outstanding action items and completion timelines including key asks for Gen Leadership
Observe review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders including executive leadership in a clear and concise manner
Centralize project intake communication and follow up for retail sales development and business development initiatives
Define and articulate projects/programs to improve the prepaid sales department operations and to help achieve its goals objectives and deliverables
Coordinate with crossdepartmental teams to ensure smooth of sales projects and client implementations
Manage and monitor the progress of individual projects and programs
Prepare presentations and deliverables for upper management
Develop and maintain sales materials templates and other resources for sales staff to utilize


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Skills Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree and 6 years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)
3 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience
1year selling wireless products or services


Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive while working crossfunctionally with many departments and levels within the organization
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and leaders and manage conflict
Selfmotivated with strong analytical and problemsolving skills; familiarity with problemsolving frameworks preferred
Experience working in fastpaced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96542.50/Year $137885.00/Year
