Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Jerusalem/Beit Shemesh. This position offers a monthly salary of 2023k and provides flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of US tax field experience and 3 years of leadership expertise enabling them to guide and inspire our talented teams. Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple teams working closely with Team Leaders to ensure smooth workflow effective communication and efficient resource management.
- Champion the professional development of team members providing guidance and mentorship in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Confidently handle clients of all complexity levels offering expert advice and support to team members as they navigate complex cases.
- Play a key role in strategic decisionmaking and planning partnering with senior management to shape the future of our department.
- Boost your departments productivity and performance monitoring progress and implementing measures to achieve team goals and targets.
- Build and nurture highlevel client relationships addressing concerns and resolving issues while working to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with other Managers and organizational leaders to promote a cohesive efficient and goaloriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in the US tax field.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Expertise in handling complex client cases.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational skills.
Salary: 2023k monthly
