Were seeking talented professionals at various stages of their careers to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. Whether youre an ambitious Surveyor ready to take on new challenges an experienced Senior Surveyor looking to expand your expertise or an accomplished Associate aiming to make a significant impact we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Were open to candidates with a range of experience levels from those with 12 years in the field to more seasoned professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop within our supportive and innovative environment taking on responsibilities commensurate with their experience and skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify suitable properties
- Support the team in preparing property marketing materials and client presentations
- Conduct property tours and inspections
- Help maintain and update property databases and client information systems
- Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
- Analyse market trends and prepare reports
- Assist in coordinating with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field
- 15 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry
- Strong interest in the Office Agency and Tenant Representation sector
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Desired Skills / Experience
- Commercial knowledge of Office Agency and Tenant Representation
- Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate
- Experience with financial modelling and analysis
- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
- A strong team player with the ability to multitask and prioritise work commitments
- The successful candidate will be selfmotivated entrepreneurial industrious and hungry for success
