Job Description
Munich Airport New Jersey LLC (MANJ) is a USbased subsidiary of the German Airport Operator Munich Airport. MANJ is responsible for the operations information & communication technology facility maintenance and concession managementfor Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)!
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our IT team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our data management and reporting systems.
Data Management and Reporting Intern
As a Data Management and Reporting Intern you will work closely with our departments to support the development maintenance and optimization of our Power BI Dashboard and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain handson experience in data management and business intelligence.

Data Management and Reporting Intern
As a Data Management and Reporting Intern you will work closely with our departments to support the development maintenance and optimization of our Power BI Dashboard and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain handson experience in data management and business intelligence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement data retrieval from existing SQL databases.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of data management activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g. TSQL Python
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Working in a new airport environment will provide you with practical experience in managing and analyzing large datasets which are crucial for airport operations. You will get to work on realworld projects that have a direct impact on the airports efficiency and customer experience.
- You will have the opportunity to work with operational technologies and tools such as SQL databases and Power BI. This exposure will enhance your technical skills and make them more competitive in the job market.
