Job Description
A reputable engineering company based in Cape Town is looking for a civil technicianto join its team.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Degree (Bsc QS / Btech QS)
- Must Be a South African Citizen
- Professional Registration Preferred
- 1 2 Years of Experience
- Valid Drivers License (Code 8
- Must Reside in Western Cape
- Experience in the Replacement of Water/Sewer Pipes Pipe Bursting Will Be Beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Resource and material management
- Cost and production monitoring
- Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving
- Timeous monthly measurements and data for progress statements
- Providing support to civil engineers in the design construction and management of a variety of projects
- Ensuring a project matches client specifications
- Calculating the amount and type of materials needed
- Ensuring work is carried out according to deadlines
- Working onsite and in an office
