On behalf of our client we are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates and supporting their recruitment lifecycle for various corporate positions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to screen identify and select qualified candidates
Source candidates via database Internet cold calling networking and other creative sourcing techniques to
generate qualified candidates.
Write and post job descriptions to company websites and Internet job boards.
Assist hiring managers with defining and validating key position requirements across multiple skill sets
Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of prospective hires.
Thoroughly screen candidates for qualification to positions based on job description and position requirements.
Verify candidates; references.
Evaluate negotiate and extend offers to candidates.
Proactively identify recruiting process enhancements to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
Position Requirements:
24 years of experience in IT service recruiting preferably with Federal Government experience. .
Bachelors degree is required.
Proficient with MS Office and familiar with ATS tools
Recruiting experience in corporate setting supporting government contracts across a variety of disciplines
Exemplary people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people.
Experience attracting and selling candidates to companies.
Results oriented customer service focused and possesses strong organization and communication skills.
Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information including salary and PII.
Must have a team player attitude.
Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to mentor and train other recruiters
