Job Description
Registered Nurse
We are currently accepting applications for a Wound Care Nurse for a skilled nursing facility in Brenham TX
Job Duties:
- Record patients medical records and monitor vital signs
- Administer patient medications and treatments the monitor for side effects and reactions
- Act as patient advocate and educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses care plans etc.
- Prepare patients for exams and treatment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active unrestricted Texas or compact nursing license required
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association required
- ADN or BSN from an accreditednursing program required
Shift Requirements:
- RN coverage shift
