Responsible for management of all aspects of the client account.
Job Description
Responsible for management of multinational business travel agreement with clients; monitor scope creep contract renewal dates financial triggers etc.
Conducts regular diagnostic of each clients travel program to assess the maturity of the clients program and identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
Develops and executes a regional travel management business plan by client detailing objectives strategies and measurable goals.
Gains consistency in the delivery of program management products and services to clients in all countries in the region with a focus on efficient and cost effective practices.
Responsible for client retention.
Identifies incremental business opportunities within existing client portfolio realizing increased value for client and revenue for CWT.
Represents the clients within CWT communicating with the key departments of CWT on matters of delivery required as part of the client agreement.
In cooperation with the respective national sales and program management teams actively works to secure and implement CWT in any regional countries where CWT is not the incumbent.
Provides in a format agreed with the client formal analysis commentary and recommendations on clients regional travel expenditure using the Management Information tools provided by CWT.
Develops and maintains multilevel client relationships.
Participates in regional / global rebids as required.
Engages in production of consolidated client financials.
Provides input and support for regional airline negotiations and hotel programs.
Monitors client profitability levels and address profitability improvement when necessary.
Controls the program management budget as set for the identified client portfolio.
Job Qualification
Tertiary qualifications in Business English or its equivalent.
35 years proven experience of program management within a customer solution oriented environment.
Experience within the travel industry will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to both think and act strategically.
Strong influencing skills to enable motivation of direct and indirect teams across multiple geographic locations.
Moderate amount of international travel is required.
English fluent: written and oral.
Abilities to deal within a multicultural environment.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly developed presentation skills.
Word Excel PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
