Job Responsibilities | 1. Preparation of Financials Statements and audit closure |
2. Closure of Audit Committee Requirements |
3. Ensure timely group reporting |
4. Review of Schedules to ensure Financial hygiene of Books of Accounts |
Key Result Areas | Monthly Book closure and review on time |
Owning the quarterly and yearly Stat Audit process |
Facilitating with verticals & ensuring timely closure of audit observations in wellcoordinated manner |
Accounting of Financial Instruments |
Holding Subsidiary Accounting |
Consolidation of Accounts |
Analysing liabilities basis Accounting Standards and their accounting/ disclosure |
Interlock with secretarial team on matters of common interest viz. ROC filing Annual report and necessary certifications (XBRL Filing) |
Yearend deliverable includes Fit for Consolidation Pack |
Facilitating tax audits and computations on key accounting adjustments |
Provide accounting clarity on key matters across different verticals |
