Days/Hours:
At least 10 hours per week between the hours of 8am4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be available to work for at least one summer session.
Job Description:
1 Set up brandnew workstations and offer friendly tech assistance to our staff.
2 Keep track of workstations software printers and other assets in our inventory system.
3 Be the hero behind the scenes by providing technical support for pointofsale equipment in our restaurants and stores.
4 Extend a helping hand to ASUCLA staff whenever IT issues arise.
5 Tackle challenges with emails networks and tech hiccups making sure everything runs seamlessly.
6 Assist with smartphone questions both Android and IOS.
7 Provide support in diagnosing and resolving issues with ASUCLA Store and Restaurant registers and associated equipment.
8 Skilled in the art of tech surgery Youll get to replace parts in laptops desktops and printers.
9 Help maintain office cleanliness to help promote productivity and positive atompshere.
