The Opportunity
XMis looking for aSocial Media Manager & Content Writer to develop and integrate content marketing strategies and products to support social media activities campaigns and marketing initiatives for diverse companies. In this role youll be working closely with account leads asa key player in developing the strategy for and production of social media marketing content for external and internal clients.
Our deal candidate is highly creative thrives in fastpaced environments has strong multitasking skills able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyworks well as part of a team and is a fabulous communicator.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing social media strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Managing content creation and delivery across various social media platforms.
- Writing editing and publishing social media posts.
- Analyzing performance metricsand optimizing content strategies based on datadriven insights.
- Actively communicating with clients providing guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Staying up to date with industry trends andplatform updatesto implement innovative content approaches and best practices.
Requirements
- 2 years of professional social media management and content creation experience within B2B high tech or SaaS industries.
- Experience in developing content for both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong writing editing and communication skills.
- Selfstarter and ability to think out of the box
- Native fluency in English is a must (spoken and written)
