JOB DESCRIPTION
Unlock the exciting opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for our Stationery Lighter and Shaver categories in Morocco! As a key contributor youll drive synergy among internal and external partners ensuring operational excellence every step of the way. Join our vibrant team fueled by passion and be part of creating exceptional products and unforgettable campaigns that captivate and delight our consumers.
What Youll Do:
- Support brand team to develop and execute all ATL and BTL activities to meet the company objectives in close collaboration with other departments and agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to support the companys decisionmaking processes.
- Identify key issues and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business.
- Support preparing briefs and ensure agency followup for instore and product training materials.
- Assist in optimizing monthly digital content for brand goals with the agency.
- Actively collect ontheground feedback to inform ongoing improvements and adjustments.
Projects Youll Work On:
- Help build conceptbased marketing campaigns that deliver on both functional and emotional aspects meaningfully connecting with our core targets.
- Collaborate closely with the brand team to introduce new products to the market ensuring a meaningful and impactful launch.
- Support the implementation of consumer activations aimed at fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS
What Were Looking For In You:
- You are an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
- Excel in datadriven decisionmaking with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate the capacity to work collaboratively in a multifunctional context.
- Proactive and organized excelling in dynamic and swiftly evolving environments.
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic French and English.
- Stand out for your creativity empathy and genuine passion for brands and consumers.
