Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your detailoriented and strategic planning expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated collaborative and forwardthinking teammates. Youll manage your Suppliers portfolio to ensure the timely accurate and efficient delivery of goods directly impacting Alstoms operational success. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement Logistics and Quality Management) express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to the governance of the Suppliers delivery performances and much more.
Well look to you for:
Monitoring and managing Internal and/or External suppliers to meet Alstoms delivery schedules
Ensuring the accuracy of goods delivered in terms of quantity specifications and quality
Communicating effectively with suppliers to convey delivery needs and expectations
Participating in the evaluation and governance of Suppliers delivery performances
Implementing action plans aimed at performance improvement and proactive risk management
Collaborating closely with the Procurement team to align contractual agreements with ERP system entries
Analyzing supply chain data to anticipate potential disruptions or delays
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process
Maintaining a strong understanding of the supply market and trends to inform planning strategies
Contributing to crossdepartmental projects and teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Experience or understanding of materials planning and supply chain processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their application in supply chain management.
Familiarity with supplier relationship management and performance evaluation techniques.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively express delivery needs and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
Proven problemsolving skills to contribute to risk management strategies.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is embraced.
