We are looking for aMotion Graphics Designer to be employed in ourMilanoffice.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of motion design stays ahead of the latest trends and consistently delivers outstanding visual content.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop highquality motion graphics and animation projects with a strong focus on design exploration and pushing creative boundaries.
- Stay up to date with the latest design techniques trends and innovations in graphic and motion design.
- Apply a solid understanding of animation principles visual timing and storyboarding demonstrated through a strong portfolio of dynamic motion graphics.
- Bring a fearless passion for graphic design branding and innovation always striving for excellence.
- Explore emerging technologies and their integration into the creative process including AIdriven solutions.
- Adapt motion content for various digital formats including social media advertising and web applications.
Requirements
- 4 years experience in creative branding or design agencies.
- Expert knowledge of After Effects Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma and Blender (or other 3D software) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills graphic design attitude and creative thinking.
- Experience with storytelling through motion and an understanding of video production workflows.
- Passion for technology and a curiosity for cuttingedge design trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and positive team player who can also work independently.
