Job Description

Carry out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Carry out morning afternoon and evening duties in rotation according to the service roster created by the Head Nurse

Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Providing nursing care with independent nursing intervention in accordance with the competencies and qualifications possessed

Carry out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Actively participate in the implementation of hospital quality and patient safety improvement programs as well as quality improvement programs in their rooms

Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Preparing facilities for the smooth running of nursing services and making it easier for patients/families to provide services by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room Checking and ensuring that all the equipment needed is functioning properly and that medicines and other health equipment are needed. required are available and ready to use Support the cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment.

Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Carrying out nursing actions according to applicable standard operational procedures based on the limits of ability and competence possessed.

Carrying out the main responsibilities for implementing Nursing Services: Providing nursing care to clients at all levels of the maternity and midwifery business by applying standards of nursing practice: Carrying out nursing assessments at the beginning of patient admission and continuously while the patient is in care using the applicable format Determining problems client nursing through analysis of assessment results Applying goals and objectives to overcome nursing problems that occur Carrying out nursing actions/therapy according to patient needs based on applicable procedural policies Continuously observing and monitoring the patients health condition Providing health education to patients/ family evaluating the nursing actions/therapy that have been given

Carrying out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Receive check the completeness of medical records and prepare patients for treatment.

Carry out the main responsibility for implementing and maintaining the medical recording and reporting system: Implementing and maintaining the nursing care recording and reporting system appropriately and correctly so as to create an accurate information and communication system

Carrying out primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Reading reports to find out patient conditions and clarifications action plans/diagnostic examinations plans for incoming and discharged patients

Carry out the main responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the medical recording and reporting system: Handover patients to the next shift nurse.

Carrying out responsibilities towards patients/customers who are being treated inpatient: Displaying a polite attitude effective and therapeutic communication to internal and external customers

Carry out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated inpatient: Introduce yourself and inform the patient and family of the substitute midwife who will continue nursing care on each shift.

Carrying out responsibilities for patients/customers who are being treated inpatient: Providing orientation and room rules for each new patient

 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications :

Diploma (D3 Degree from Midwife

Have minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area
