LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: South Kensington SW7
Salary: OTE: 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to work for a dynamic brand in the South Kensington area.
You will need to be a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive premium property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart punctual reliable wellspoken and articulate whilst being driven focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings agent
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the South Kensington area helpful
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
