ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Consumer Experience is seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital Campaign Operations team responsible for the development of Campaigns and partnerships that enable the Companys sophisticated datadriven investment strategies. As a key member of an exciting and fastpaced group this role provides an opportunity for ensuring that Campaign Operations is the backbone of our omnichannel initiatives providing seamless journeys for Adult Tobacco Consumers and driving a mobilefirst approach. As part of the Consumer Marketing Services team the Campaign Operation Manager will play an integral part in ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with the brands and Adult Tobacco Consumers. The role requires an innovative mindset comfort with ambiguity resourcefulness determination drive and a sincere passion for professional growth within digital marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Lead a team of campaign managers and agency resources deploying email SMS and direct mail campaigns for 12 brands.
- Serve as an expert and Team Lead in the use of Adobe Campaign products and the methods by which it can be used to effectively optimize digital business.
- Solution and architect technology solutions in support of customer journey building operations primarily using the Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions including Campaign V8 and AEP.
- Lead communication strategy on consumer journeys audience segmentation and personalization.
- Manage the overall process of executing email direct mail and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Own communication strategy and oversee production process for email/SMS/Direct Mail deployments.
- Ability to provide handson building and implementation of campaign set up validation testing and delivery utilizing dynamic content and database integration.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing personalization creative and content management.
- Define technical and creative requirements for campaigns partner with database team and other internal teams to leverage relevant data and contribute to content production to ensure seamless email and SMS assembly.
- Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices.
- Integrate learnings to ensure optimal campaign results improved email deliverability and compliance around permissionbased marketing.
- Troubleshoot any errors that occur with the campaign or with any of the workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic V8 and AEP.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelors degree required Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of regulated industry experience
- 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Strong communication collaboration credibility and influencing skills.
- 23 years experience in the Adobe Campaign platforms
- Handson experience with Enterprise Marketing Campaign tools and CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign Salesforce Marketo Hubspot AWeber MailChimp etc.
- The ideal candidate will be detailoriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and Business projects.
- Knowledge of HTML JavaScript and/or scripting languages a plus
- The Senior Manager will support the business by managing and delivering best in class marking campaign .
- Adobe Certified Expert type certification (example: Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner)
