We are hiring for our client a toptier international law firm who are looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Associate to join their highly regarded London team. This role offers exposure to highprofile transactions an inclusive team culture and a clearly defined path to further progression.

The Role:
Manage a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions disposals development and landlord & tenant work
Advise a mix of UK and international clients including developers investors and corporates
Play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledgesharing
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
Work closely with partners and play an active part in the continued growth of the real estate practice
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Ireland
Minimum of 7 years PQE with strong commercial real estate experience
Experience gained in a large or midtier law firm with a recognised real estate practice
Commercially aware with strong clienthandling skills
Proactive teamoriented and motivated by highquality work
