Job Description
A dynamic national financial service Transactional practice is seeking a midlevel to senior Attorney to join its team in Baltimore. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial lending and leasing transactions within an active and sophisticated practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience excellent writing and analytical skills and sound judgment. Candidates should be selfmotivated detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage complex financial transactions effectively.
