Job Description
Project Managers will play a critical role in leading and managing projects with a primary focus on commercerelated initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and proficiency in JIRA. While not mandatory experience with specific commerce platforms such as Shopify VTEX SAP Commerce or Spryker would be a valuable asset.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Project Initiation and Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile delivery methodologies to ensure efficient project . Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the project team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and progress. Provide regular status updates and reports as necessary.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate the appropriate resources (both internal and external) required for project success. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Regularly assess project risks and take action to minimize their impact on project timelines and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to verify that project outcomes meet expectations.

Required Skills:
- Commerce Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercerelated projects is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ecommerce and its associated challenges.
- Agile Delivery Methodology: Proficiency in Agile methodologies with a track record of successfully managing Agile projects. Agile certifications are a plus.
- JIRA: Strong knowledge and experience using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
Nice to Have:
Delivery Experience with Commerce Platforms: Experience working with one or more of the following commerce platforms is a plus:
- Shopify
- VTEX
- SAP Commerce
- Spryker
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications (preferred).
