Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The Quality Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections of products processes and procedures to identify discrepancies and noncompliance with established quality standards.
- Documentation Review: Examine documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness and that they align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to quality control and performance metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings observations and recommendations for improvement. Share findings with relevant teams and management.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with industry regulations standards and best practices and ensure that the organization is in compliance with them.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and nonconformances and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards procedures and best practices.
- Risk Assessment: Assess potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management Engineering Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a quality auditing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001 GMP FDA etc..
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using audit and quality management tools and software.
- Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.
