The Senior Brand Manager Foodservice Innovation NA Appetizers is a critical member of the North America (NA) Marketing Team responsible for developing and executing annual and midrange portfolio and marketing strategies to deliver the 2030 plan for the channel unlocking profitable growth through more of the menu. Responsible for of disruptive innovation the Senior Brand Manager Foodservice Innovation will act as a strategic business leader partnering with sales innovation marketing operations gotomarket insights and other functional groups within the organization to lead and execute innovation to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven marketer innovator and general manager who is solutions oriented forward thinking with a strong commercial lens sound technical marketing skills and experience influencing crossfunctional teams and developing talent.
Fueled by a passion for the foodservice operator the customer and the category the Senior Brand Manager Foodservice Innovation will deliver profitable sales and market share growth with the goal of growing and transforming the business and category.
Accountabilities:
Act as a leader and mentor to the team actively contributing to building an engaged inclusive and high performing team.
Critical partner to both the disruptive innovation team and brand team in setting the vision and longrange strategy for disruptive innovation inputting into demand space frameworks market portfolio & competitive analyses to determine where to play how to win and what to do in a way that drives profitable growth.
Partner closely with Insights the core brand team Innovation and Go to Market Hub to identify and champion growth opportunities translating market insights into strong gotomarket propositions.
Drive portfolio positioning pricing architecture branding strategy and distribution decisions/goals for disruptive innovation in a way that is in service of channel portfolio and brand strategy and deliver to channel objectives
Champion the customer and consumer understanding the entire value chain influencing the broader cross functional team through commercialization.
Critical partner to Go to Market Hub counterpart to shape the AOC annual planning process for disruptive innovation through providing analysis and insight.
Proactively review key innovation P&L performance drivers identifying key optimization areas through innovation projects adjusting as necessary to ensure objectives are met. This includes sku profitability and pricing.
Leads best in class of disruptive branded innovation for the channel (non custom) with inputs and partnership of the core marketing team and disruptive innovation team in strong partnership with go to market hub.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or advanced degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
7 years of Marketing/Brand Management experience with P&L ownership of a large brand or portfolio of brands within the ConsumerPackaged Goods industry with a minimum of 5 years in food
Previous P&L management experience
Experience deriving insights from both primary consumer research and syndicated data
Significant experience in delivering complex projects and project management.
Experience working strategically and operationally and adapt to fast paced ambiguous environments while maintaining accountability.
Skills:
Experience of customer facing engagements.
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Word
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High degree of tenacity and persistence to get actions completed on schedule with a hands on approach when needed.
Highly organized with premium analytical skills strong attention to detail and a track record of translating data into insights and action.
Proven track record in delivering several complex projects at a time
Adept with project management fundamentals with StageGate process understanding to drive decisionmaking with gatekeepers
Expert knowledge of principles concepts strategies and techniques relating to Foodservice marketing.
Strong commercial acumen and financial know how in the food CPG space in a tier 1 or 2 matrixed organization
Ability to understand entire value chain and where commercial can drive efficiencies and effectiveness
Strong people management and leadership skills with high EQ with 23 years of experience managing direct report(s)
Strong ability to influence people and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Compensation Package:$107600.00$143500.00 USD annually bonuseligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
