Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Process Manager Asset & Configuration Management to join our Service Engagement team within a brandnew State Government customer account based in East Perth WA.
In this role you will develop implement and oversee ITSM processes for IT Asset and Configuration Management ensuring data integrity compliance and service optimisation. Youll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance governance improve efficiencies and integrate best practices into service delivery.
What youll be doing:
- Managing and governing IT Asset & Configuration Management processes ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices
- Overseeing and maintaining an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives identifying inefficiencies and optimising asset and configuration processes
- Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Configuration Management with Change Incident and Problem Management
- Producing documentation reports and process workflows to support governance compliance and process adoption
What were looking for:
- Strong experience in IT Asset & Configuration Management with knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Handson experience with CMDB and Asset management within Service Now would be highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in risk management and process improvement
- Ability to develop and maintain clear process documentation reports and training materials
