Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of the separate benefits and payroll teams while strategically guiding the Managers of those respective divisions
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional leadership to identify and implement innovative operational efficiencies that drive continued success
  • Become a subject matter expert in the companys HRIS system leveraging its tools to spearhead impactful process improvements
  • Take full ownership of a defined set of benefits and payroll processes while also pitching in for the team as needed
