Wardrobe Manager
Location:THORPE PARK Resort KT16 8PN
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary:
The Wardrobe Manager will oversee all aspects of uniform management for Thorpe Park ensuring that staff members are provided with highquality wellmaintained and compliant uniforms that align with the parks brand and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Uniform Issue & Distribution
- Laundry Management
- Small Repairs & Maintenance Coordination
- Lost Uniform Recharge
- Uniform Standards & Quality Control
- Stock Management & Ordering
- Staff Training & Communication
- Budget & Cost Management
- Collaboration with Other Departments
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in wardrobe or uniform management ideally within a largescale resort theme park or hospitality environment. They should have a strong background in coordinating uniform issuance overseeing laundry operations and handling small repairs. Previous experience managing inventory stock levels and working with suppliers will be beneficial. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of uniform quality and appearance.

This role is a fulltime role averaging 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business this will include weekends bank holidays and some late evenings as required.
