SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) Application Developer
Experience : 5years
Location: KOCHI/TRIVANDRUM/BANGALORE/REMOTE
NP: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for understanding the client business process and designing the solution for managing the customer identity profile and consent;
Responsible for supporting the CMS team for SAP CDC integration via Rest APIs or Screen Sets
Responsible for creating and testing the dataflows for import and export of Customer data from/to SAP Customer data Cloud
Responsible for creating the test scripts and testing the same
Implementation and Customization:
o Implement and configure SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) solutions based on business requirements.
o Customize Gigya features such as RegistrationasaService (RaaS) Single SignOn (SSO) Social Login and more.
o Develop custom screens and workflows to enhance user interaction and experience.
Integration:
o Integrate SAP CDC (Gigya) with other systems and platforms (e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud SAP Marketing Cloud thirdparty applications).
o Develop and maintain API integrations for seamless data exchange between systems.
o Ensure data synchronization and integrity across different platforms.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CDC (Gigya) solutions.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gigya configurations customizations and integrations.
o Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Collaboration and Documentation:
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers business analysts and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
o Document technical specifications configurations and customizations.
Provide training and support to endusers and internal teams as needed.
Experience in agile project methodology and delivery
Delivery management tools like JIRA
