Overview
Days: 2 days per week
Start Date: 1st week of March
Contract Length: 1 month with extension

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Practice Nurse you will be responsible for providing highquality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting health assessments and screenings
- Administering vaccinations and medications
- Providing patient education and support
- Assisting with chronic disease management
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring compliance with clinical regulations and best practices
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar role
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to providing patientcentered care
- Understanding of diversity equality and inclusion in healthcare
Daytoday
As a Practice Nurse you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments administering treatments and providing ongoing support and education to patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the community.
