Job Description:

We are looking for both earlycareer professionals with some experience in change management and seasoned experts who have several years of experience in the field (preferably SAP) to join our team.As a Change Management Professional you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change strategies that contribute to a smooth transition and acceptance of new processes and systems within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans and strategies.
  • Work in tandem with the project manager and maintain an overarching view of the entire transformation plan helping to steer it as needed.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and communication plans to increase engagement and acceptance.
  • Guide the implementation of SAP projects including training and support for endusers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with changes.
  • Coach and support leadership teams to help them manage changes effectively.
  • Create supporting documentation and reports for change projects.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Leadership:Ability to motivate and guide teams through changes.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking:Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management:Experience in identifying and managing stakeholders including handling various interests and building strong relationships.
  • Project Management:Familiar with project management methodologies and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability:Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Training and Development:Experience in developing and delivering training programs and supporting users in adopting new systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Psychology HR or a related field.
  • Preferably 26 years of experience in change management preferably within an SAP environment.
  • Certifications such as PROSCI Change Management Kotters Change Management or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in leading largescale change initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR model and other change management frameworks.
