Job Title: Regional Engineering Manager
Location: Northern England 1 day per week remote WFH)
Hours: 08:00 17:00 Monday Friday
Salary: 55k
About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Engineering Manager to join our Manufacturing team. As the Regional Engineering Manager youll be responsible for assessing the current state of maintenance and engineering resources at each of our regional sites identifying areas for improvement and creating targeted plans to bridge those gaps. Your goal will be to drive enhanced capability efficiency and reliability across all sites playing a pivotal role in our operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate maintenance and engineering performance at each site leveraging data analysis and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Design and implement preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for production equipment through critical path analysis.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and manage compliance with legislative requirements.
- Identify and manage resource needs coordinating plans to improve maintenance and engineering capabilities.
- Conduct faultfinding assessments and provide guidance for critical decisionmaking to optimise equipment performance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels to promote continuous improvement and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: HNC in electrical or mechanical engineering with a strong background in pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Experience: Handson experience introducing PPM schedules and managing maintenance in a production setting.
- Skills: Ability to conduct detailed faultfinding assessments and make datadriven decisions for system improvements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Teamoriented able to engage confidentially and constructively with all stakeholders.
