Job Description
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a Faculty Consultation Liaison Psychiatristspecializing in PsychoOncology!
The position primarily encompasses the provision of both inpatient and outpatientpsychiatricconsultative services for the renowned Dubin Breast Center and RuttenbergCancer Treatment Center but also involves some inpatient work on the general hospital psychiatric consultation service for admitted oncology patients. Supervision of residents and fellows as well as opportunities for formalized teaching and clinical research at the Mount Sinai Behavioral Health System are abundant. The position will include an academic appointment commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
The Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai a premier 1171 bed tertiarycare facility internationally acclaimed for excellence in clinical care education and scientific research in the heart of NYC has an opening for a fulltime Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist (CL).
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess an MD or DO degree be board certified in both General Adult Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine and preferably have advanced training in Psychosomatic Medicine with history of additional clinical work specializing in Psychooncology.
Compensation range from 250K to 290K(not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
