Who are we looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Scientist or Engineer to join our Adelaide office supporting projects in contamination assessment and remediation.

You will bring your experience and expertise to a variety of projects including landfill gas groundwater waste soil surface water and petroleum contamination site assessments. This includes monitoring and reporting activities.

Working in a collaborative and supportive team youll have access to longterm and secure opportunities wider professional development and multidisciplinary opportunities offered by a leading global consultancy.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Supporting project managers/directors in the delivery of environmental contamination and remediation projects
  • Conducting field investigations data management and technical reporting for contaminated site assessments.
  • Providing field and officebased technical guidance
  • Collaboration with clients regulatory agencies and other stakeholders

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree qualification in Science (Environmental Geology Hydrogeology & related) or Engineering (Environmental & related)
  • Around 35 years of experience in contamination assessment & remediation in a consulting environment
  • Welldeveloped skills in fieldwork including site assessment and monitoring
  • Strong communication skillsand a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Must have a valid Australian drivers license
  • Must be comfortable and capable in operating large 4WD offroad type vehicle. Previous 4WD training/experience is preferred
  • Must be comfortable and willing to work in remote environments
  • Ability to obtain or possess a Defence Clearance is required
