Job Description
London Underwriters is looking fora JuniorProcessing Specialist to join our growing team.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates that are willing to learn committed to excellent customer service and professionals who are looking for a long term employment relationship. Junior Processing specialists are counted on to provide direct assistance to our underwriting team.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email inquiries and assist customers with questions regarding potential accounts current policies and renewals
- Process and follow up on new and renewal insurance quotations
- Process cancellations reinstatement and endorsement requests
- Utilize various software to perform data entry
- Develop good working relationship with team members and external customers
- Administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative data entry or processing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel knowledge of Google Suite
- Has experience working with a CRM is preferred but not required
- Experience in Insurance or Underwriting is preferred but not required
