Job Description
JOB TITLE: Licensed Outpatient Therapist
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Parttime 20 hours/wk
SCHEDULED HOURS: MondayFriday 1 evening until 8pm
PROGRAM/LOCATION:Adult Outpatient Program Enfield CT

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
The Adult Outpatient Services program (AOP) assists adult clients who are recovering from traumatic incidents substance use or are looking to manage a chronic mental health disorder through psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. AOP has a tierbased productivity incentive program with the vast majority of staff consistently exceeding productivity expectations and obtaining a bonus. Typical days varies as there is the possibility to work with clients individually in a group setting or IOP. There is regular weekly supervision provided to all nonlicensed staff and biweekly supervision for licensed staff. Nonetheless supervisors are always available whenever you are working to answer questions and offer clinical assistance when needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model.
- Conducts clinical and risk assessments.
- Collaborates with individuals to create individualized personcentered treatment plans.
- Demonstrates competency in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each
population served. - Works with clients to develop appropriate discharge plans utilizing natural support.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.
- Provides crisis assessment and intervention to monitor status of clients in crisis.
- May provide care in office home residential and/or communitybased settings based on program
model and setting. - Responsible for maintaining client and staff records according to agency policy.
- Provides coverage for team members during periods of absence.
- Participates in weekly supervision consultations and meetings.
- Transports clients using agency vehicles and/or personal vehicles based on program model and
setting. - Participates in all required CHR training and obtains and/or maintains certification in an EBP if
applicable. - Additional responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters Degree or higher in related field.
Experience: Experience working with trauma mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or
substance use disorders preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LMSW LPCA LMFTA required. LCSW LMFT LPC Licensed
Psychologist preferred. LADC may be substituted for LCSW LMFT LPC or Licensed Psychologist in
some programs. Other training may be required based on program. Valid Drivers License for programs
where transportation is required

COMPENSATION*:
$54843/annually minimum and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or signon incentives. (Please note for parttime positions this range would be prorated based on hours worked)
