As our HR Specialist youll champion our employee experience through the entire HR lifecycle. Lead recruitment transform onboarding and nurture our #OneTeam culture while mentoring our apprentice and facilitating engaging company events.

As our HR Specialist youll have the freedom to:
- Lead the entire HR life cycle from recruitment to offboarding ensuring exceptional employee experiences at every touchpoint.
- Transform our onboarding process into a powerful foundation for longterm employee success and integration into our #OneTeam culture.
- Mentor and develop our apprentice starting summer 2025 taking full ownership of their professional journey.
- Organize and facilitate engaging team events and moderate monthly company presentations.
- Manage employee inquiries and assist with HRrelated matters (e.g. vacation benefits working hours).
- Ensure compliance with swiss labor laws and company policies.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize HR processes increasing efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
- Nurture positive employee relations that embody our core values and maintain a vibrant inclusive work environment.
To thrive in this role bring along:
- 3 years of HR experience managing the full employee lifecycle in an international fastpaced environment; vocational trainer certification required.
- Strong event management and presentation skills with a talent for creating memorable company gatherings.
- Confident in moderating meetings and presentations with clarity and engagement.
- Outstanding communication skills that build bridges across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong interest in project management with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from start to finish.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining precision and proactivity in our dynamic environment.
- A Be Willing to Sweat attitude with ownership mentality and commitment to delivering results.
- A problemsolvers mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
