This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a MidLevel SIGINT Enterprise Systems Engineer to support our customer in Chantilly VA delivering missioncritical capabilities that enable to plan and execute intelligencegathering missions from overhead systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to IC and DoD users.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Assess agile and SE processes and create efficiencies and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground organizations
• Daily interaction with the customer and supporting contractors and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the lifecycle
• Candidate will interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and support technical consultation meeting coordination and support to recommendation briefing packages
• This position requires an understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain along with a strong focus on core systems engineering processes in support of endtoend mission and services closure

Required qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI and Polygraph
• Requires 6 12 years with BS/BA or 58 years with MS/MA or 5 years with PhD
• Knowledge of SIGINT remote sensing systems and overall space and ground architecture including mission control and/or mission processing functions
• Experience providing domain knowledge and expertise for all phases of the acquisition lifecycle satellite ground system acquisitions. Special focus areas include: Digital Engineering and Data Engineering.
• Integration and closure experience within overall customer domain
• Knowledge of customers mission capabilities (to include SIGINT and MultiINT domains) and overall space and ground architecture
• Experience in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment
• Experience identifying user needs and gaps identifying potential solutions and assessing/analyzing alternatives
• Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering CONOPS development and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering
• Commitment to recognize understand respect and operate effectively within various SETA FFRDC and Government lines of authority
• Ability to work for specific IC customer and familiarity with that customers processes and organization
• Knowledge of and experience executing Scaled Agile Frameworks for Enterprise (SAFE) Agile methodology
