Clinical Lead Nurse Specialist Nursing Care

Are you an experienced senior nurse looking for the next step in your career Our client is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their thoughtfully designed care home which provides highquality nursing dementia and mental health care for older adults. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role ensuring the best possible care and support for residents while mentoring and guiding a dedicated team.

As Clinical Lead Nurse you will play a pivotal role in delivering and overseeing exceptional clinical care. Working closely with the management team you will lead by example ensuring the highest standards of nursing safety and wellbeing for residents.

What Were Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with active NMC registration.
  • Previous senior nursing experience in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership clinical expertise and decisionmaking skills.
  • A commitment to delivering highquality personcentred care.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding CQC standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical leadership supporting and mentoring the nursing and care teams.
  • Ensure best practices in dementia mental health and nursing care are upheld.
  • Monitor and improve care plans risk assessments and medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals families and external agencies.
  • Promote a positive inclusive and personcentred care approach.
  • Uphold compliance with regulations and clinical governance standards.
