Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at Brosis Technologies India. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of IT projects. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills as well as strong technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in IT project management preferably in software development
- Proficiency in testing of both mobile and web applications
- Familiarity with documentation and manual & automation testing
- Knowledge of designing and development tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan execute and deliver IT projects within scope budget and schedule
- Define project requirements goals and success criteria
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and clients
- Allocate resources assign tasks and track project progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs
- Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
