*Job Description:*
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Officers for Business Loans (BL). As a Sales Officer you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients providing detailed information on business loan products and achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and approach potential business clients for loan services.
- Explain the features benefits and terms of business loans to clients.
- Assist clients with the loan application process ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.

*Academic Qualification & Experience:*
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
