Job Overview
We are hiring for one of our ecommerce client for a Senior Software engineer to join our team. This is a FullTime position located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of work experience in software engineering with expertise in software architecture system design and problemsolving.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in software architecture (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in system design (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent problemsolving skills (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team effectively
- Experience conducting thorough and constructive code reviews
- Strong project management skills to oversee software development projects from inception to completion
- Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality code and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications.
