Hiring for Senior BIM Coordinator
Madurai Location
Immediate to 1 month notice period preferred.
BIM Lead/ Coordinator
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Extensive experience working on Gulf projects preferred
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure the successful of projects
Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols
Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to integrate BIM processes into project workflows
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
