Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant PM FFG
In this role youll be responsible to drive and endtoend delivery of change projects in the domain assigned in an Agile delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
Manage the Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and assurance framework for the Project/Agile Deliveries/Programme complying with the Change Governance Policy and CDS and ensuring staff working on the projects are aware and comply.
Lead and drive change management able to take calculated risks and seeks continuous improvement. Effectively manage collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters.
Support the Group Region Country teams on financial management project planning overall project governance and various management reporting.
Establish governance and review Programme documents: PSC/ PgSC ToR AED/PED BRD Project Plans Closure Report Change Requests PSC MoM etc to meet the highest quality standards.
Monthly update of Governance Dashboard and Phase Gate review for project funded initiatives by the Group / Region.
Supporting the Project/Programme Steering Committee (PSC/PgSC) in preparing quality materials (ToR Progress reports QPR Refinement Forums minutes etc)
Engage Global teams on the Change Delivery Standards framework parameters and cascade necessary updates rollouts across Global markets as applicable.
Ensuring Project Tools ie. Clarity Azure DevOps is up to date including Project static data status update including RAG status key milestones financials risks dependencies issues and resource forecasts and they are tracked and reported to the PSC/PgSC.
Coach and guide PMs in AED/PED preparation and subsequent Project management.
Coach and track/guide Project managers to upskill on relevant Accreditations through relevant Training and Certification. Organise train and coordinate with the Group Region Country Project management learning sessions
Organise and coordinate Country Project forums Support Group Management forum presentation decks and project initiatives.
Drive and manage the annual Investment budget exercise for Group Region and Country as applicable.
Monitor process implementation effectiveness identify key areas for improvement / issues and enhance process / controls embedding for the effective management of risk including reviewing Change Request Approvals (CRAs) Go Live parameters etc
Embed the highest standards of Group ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver project and provide status updates.
Proven experience with coordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex largescale deployment environment
Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
Proven skills in coordination staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams including Procurement Ops and stakeholders
Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology
Leadership skills to coach coordinate and grow a successful delivery team
Excellent oral written communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
Strong technologist ability to problem solve think out of the box selfstarter ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to teamoriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual
Ability to think clearly and to resolve critical problems in a highpressure environment
Strong Microsoft Office (MS Excel MS Powerpoint MS Project) skills
Process good influencing skills and problemsolving skills
Solid project organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability to track project delivery status dependencies and financials
Able to handle multitasks manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
Able to work at flexible hours and travel
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Strong experience in banking field with proven track record in leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects.
