Access Clinician III and IV
Full time part time and per diem positions available
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Complete initial comprehensive assessment of clients who have identified a need for behavioral health services. Assessment requires clinical interview and contact with collateral providers/natural supports/ family members when possible and appropriate and consent is provided.
2. Complete diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations.
3. Engage client in safety/crisis planning.
4. Provide crisis intervention and deescalation when indicated.
5. Assess eligibility for services medical necessity and treatment preferences.
6. Complete treatment plans including clients strengths preferences and behaviorally based goals and objectives as required by program standards.
All responsibilities are essential job functions.
II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Access Clinician III
Required:
1. Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work psychology marriage and family therapy counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology social work marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
2. Requires licensure as LMHC LCSW LMFT or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
3. Satisfactory CORI background check.
4. Current valid USissued drivers license and a registered inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in a personal vehicle or a company
Access Clinician IV
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work psychology marriage and family therapy counseling or related field).
2. Requires licensure as LMHC LCSW or LMFT licensure.
3. Current valid USissued drivers license and a registered inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes.
4. Satisfactory CORI background check.

Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. Minimum two 2 years experience working in a clinical environment.
Unless certification licensure or registration is required an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Clinician III and IV
Full time part time and per diem positions available
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Conducts eligibility screenings and comprehensive intake and follow up assessments to assess eligibility gather clinical information and inform treatment planning.
2. Conducts client evaluations including biopsychosocial assessment diagnostic formulation and initial treatment plan recommendations.
3. Meets with clients to provide individual counseling and assist clients in attaining treatment goals.
4. Writes treatment plans including clients strengths with behaviorally based goals and objectives. Documents service delivery in accordance with department standards and progress of goals and objectives in progress notes.Refers clients to resources with and outside CHL
5. Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Recognize and seek consultation as needed. Develop a training plan to enhance professional growth.
6. Participates in utilization management employs Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards and assists as needed in reaccreditation processes.

1. Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices to determine appropriate level of care.
2. Ability to develop and implement treatment plans which are behaviorally oriented measurable and appropriate for the identified level of care.
3. Ability and interest to learn and implement evidencebased models of treatment for opioid addiction.
Preferred:
1.A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or addiction is preferred.
2. Clinical expertise specific to adults with substance use conditions and cooccurring severe and persistent mental illness with an ability to engage clients effectively and work with other professionals and organizations.
Clinician IV:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Masters degree in Psychology Social Work Mental Health Counseling.
2. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Preferred:
